Jacqui Scholes-Rhodes

Much of my coaching is about helping explore the dynamic interplay of personal, group and organisational values. My role is to listen attentively and help facilitate a depth of self-awareness that will catalyse new and unanticipated possibilities. My starting-point is an appreciation of the unique qualities each individual brings into their work.

Experience

Jacqui brings an extensive background in organisational development to her executive coaching work. She has provided coaching and consultancy for over ten years to support global business transformation, M&A activity, board-level succession planning, global talent pool development and personal change strategies.

Jacqui has a specific interest in working with individuals and groups who wish to take on the broader challenges of relationship building and effective partnering, and combines personal and group coaching to provide an integrated and cohesive development strategy. She has specific experience in the development of public/private sector partnerships, and has worked extensively with the challenges of matrix organisations in the context of major change.

As part of her doctoral studies Jacqui completed an in-depth study into the critical behaviours of self-awareness. She continues to engage in leading-edge research through the Centre for Action Research, University of Bath, and integrates the latest thinking into her work with clients wherever it can add value to their business.

Professional Expertise

After an early career in IT consultancy and marketing, Jacqui switched her career focus to managing major change programmes in the technology and financial services sectors, both as a coach and consultant,. She later joined Novartis Pharmaceuticals UK where she led the post-merger review and implementation of the people development strategy before joining the global talent development firm Korn/Ferry International as an executive coach and assessor in their Leadership Development practice.
