Praesta LEADERS IN EXECUTIVE COACHING

Hetty Einzig

When working with leaders and their teams I look beyond problems to the potential. It is an individual’s passion and innate creativity that underpin transformational change. I like to help clients bring their aspirations to life, and ground these practically in their work. This can release true personal power that leads people to take a step up and become authentic role models for leadership in their organisation.

Experience

Hetty has over ten years experience in coaching at board, and senior executive, level in the private and public sector. She also facilitates strategic meetings, development away days, sessions on creativity and conflict resolution. The design and delivery of programmes for leadership development, emotional intelligence and coaching skills is another strand to Hetty’s work, in the UK and internationally.

Hetty is a fully trained psychotherapist and brings this deeper understanding of personal, interpersonal and organisational dynamics to her coaching work. Her approach is a ‘whole systems’ one, spanning work, strategic development and life issues, seeing the individual in their team and organisational context. Trained at the Psychosynthesis & Education Trust, she was later involved in training student therapists and currently teaches on the Coaching & Development Training accredited by Portsmouth University. She served on the Training Management Committee of the Trust during periods of major re-structuring. Her background includes working in the arts, health and organisational and project development. Hetty co-founded a successful London art gallery, held editorial positions at the Sunday Times Magazine and Time Out, and has written and co-edited a number of books and articles.

Hetty was the founding Director of the national charity, Parenting UK. Over five years, she built the organisation to a prominent position in the field, played an important role in the development of local and national policy and collaborated with a range of organisations and government departments.

She lives in London, is married with two daughters and is fluent in French and Italian.
