Lee Bryce
Insight, self knowledge and perspective, these are my aims in a coaching relationship. I help my clients to understand how much they have the power to influence the world around them; their careers and their organisations. Armed with this realisation there is little they cannot achieve.
Experience
Lee began her career as an economist in the Bank of England. She went on from there into an academic job as a lecturer and then to the PE Consulting Group as a human resources consultant.
In 1981 Lee established Denham Nash, a Leadership Development consultancy which she ran for nearly 20 years. She joined the Change Partnership in 1999 where she continued to work as an external coach to ensure high standards of leadership at the top, and to support the attainment of critical business goals.
Lee’s interests include mountain and hill walking, jogging, tennis, windsurfing, skiing, theatre and the arts.
